- Seaweed is grown in clean, nutritious waters
- To meet harvest standards, sea grapes must be more than 6 cm long and have enough growth time to ensure average nutritional content in sea grapes.
- After harvesting, sea grapes are transported to the production factory to be pruned, filtered to meet standard seaweed stems, and to continue to be treated with oxygen aeration in tanks designed according to Japanese processes. Ensure the minimum prescribed time so that the seaweed no longer has dirt stuck to it and also makes the seaweed's wounds heal.
And before packaging, the cleaned Sea Grapes must be put into a centrifuge for further processing, ensuring the best quality to consumers.

Instructions for using fresh sea grapes:
- Rinse with clean water 2-3 times.

Note: soak sea grapes in a bowl of ice water or spread ice on the seaweed when using, the seaweed will be crispier and more delicious.
