On November 30, 2025, GCAP VN Co., Ltd. held the 1st Congress of the Grassroots Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030. This is a special event, marking a new development step of the Trade Union organization in protecting workers' rights, building a humane and sustainable working environment.

The Congress took place in an atmosphere of solidarity - democracy - innovation, demonstrating the sense of responsibility of the collective of cadres and union members of GCAP Vietnam Trade Union.
